Deposits may be required to reserve motorcycles, hold inventory, order parts, or begin service or customization work. Deposits may be non-refundable, particularly for special-order, custom, or modified items.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to delivery or release of any motorcycle, part, or property.

All applicable Florida sales tax will be added to taxable goods and services as required by law. Prices do not include title, registration, documentation, shipping, installation, storage, or other fees unless expressly stated.

All used motorcycles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults, and without any warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing. Tampa V-Twin expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

The customer acknowledges that used motorcycles may have wear, prior damage, modifications, or mechanical issues that are not readily apparent. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the motorcycle and accept its condition prior to purchase.

No representations regarding condition, mileage, history, or suitability are binding unless expressly included in a written sales agreement executed by Tampa V-Twin.

Motorcycles or other property left with Tampa V-Twin for service, customization, storage, or any other purpose must be picked up promptly upon notification of completion or availability.

Tampa V-Twin reserves the right to charge reasonable daily storage fees for motorcycles or property not retrieved within a specified period after notice is provided.

Any motorcycle or property left unpaid or unclaimed may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable Florida statutes, including lien, towing, storage, and sale procedures. The customer remains responsible for all outstanding balances, storage fees, and related costs.

Tampa V-Twin may permit test rides or demonstration rides at its sole discretion. All test rides are subject to eligibility requirements, which may include a valid motorcycle endorsement, proof of insurance, execution of a waiver or release, and compliance with Shop rules.

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Riders participating in test rides assume all risks associated with operating the motorcycle.

The rider is responsible for any loss, damage, theft, traffic violations, tolls, or citations occurring during the test ride, except as otherwise required by Florida law. Tampa V-Twin reserves the right to charge for repairs, diminished value, or replacement resulting from damage during a test ride.

By authorizing service, repair, diagnostics, or customization work, the customer grants Tampa V-Twin and its employees permission to operate the motorcycle on public or private roads as reasonably necessary for inspection, testing, diagnostics, calibration, and quality control.

The customer acknowledges that test operation is a normal and necessary part of motorcycle service and repair. Tampa V-Twin shall exercise reasonable care while operating customer motorcycles but is not responsible for ordinary wear or conditions arising from proper test operation, except as required by Florida law.

Any trade-in values, appraisals, or estimates provided by Tampa V-Twin are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a written sales agreement. Trade-in values may be adjusted based on inspection, mechanical condition, title status, mileage, modifications, market conditions, or discovery of undisclosed damage.

The customer represents that they are the lawful owner of any trade-in motorcycle and that it is free of liens, encumbrances, or undisclosed damage unless otherwise stated in writing.

Custom motorcycles, aftermarket parts, and performance modifications may affect handling, safety systems, emissions, or noise levels. Tampa V-Twin makes no guarantee that any motorcycle, part, or modification complies with federal, state, or local laws for street or highway use.

The customer is solely responsible for determining and maintaining legal compliance and safe operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Tampa V-Twin disclaims all warranties not expressly provided in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Any manufacturer warranties on parts or accessories are provided solely by the manufacturer and not by Tampa V-Twin.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Tampa V-Twin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or diminished value of any motorcycle or property.

Tampa V-Twin’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
